Joined to succeed Vojtech Kurka as the dev team scaled past its founding shape. Leading ~20 across engineering and product at Meiro Pte. Ltd. (SG).
  • Launched Meiro Pipes, an agentic-first customer data infrastructure product — positioning Meiro as a lean AI-native challenger to legacy CDP vendors.
  • Drove the shift to AI-native engineering practice: agent-instructed testing, environment design over process, velocity rebuilt around AI-speed iteration, and a revised career ladder emphasizing agentic architecture over prompt engineering.
  • Restructured the team: PM and QA role redefinitions, ownership splits in QA, monthly 1-1 cadence, company-wide AI tools policy.
  • Owned InfoSec posture for enterprise on-premise deployments. Coordinated pen testing and remediation. Produced the company-wide BCP (v3.0).
  • Listed Meiro on AWS Marketplace and Google Cloud Marketplace.
